Beautifully defined brows can accentuate your eyes and open up your face. At Glo Derma, we offer microblading eyebrow procedures to help you achieve the look you desire. Our artists will find the perfect brow shape to compliment your face with a specialized brow-mapping technique. Your fabulous eyebrow volume, arch, and shape are just waiting to be discovered!
Microblading is typically performed with a hand tool that looks like a blade, but contains 10-12 tiny needles. In the procedure, the artist makes small incisions in your skin and fills them with pigment. The result is very realistic looking strokes that are exactly like your own eyebrows. This gives the brows a very natural, bushy, and dense appearance.

Even with a variety of liners, pencils, powders, stencils, and gels available, you may still feel unsatisfied with the appearance of your brows. If you haven’t had any success getting the eyebrows you want, you should consider microblading.
The microblading eyebrow procedure is a semi-permanent makeup technique that forms the brows you’ve always dreamed of. This minimally invasive procedure uses a tool with micro-needles that penetrates pigment into the second layer of skin around your brows. The strokes are very fine and natural-looking. Results will last around 1-2 years with proper maintenance.
Since microblading is a makeup application and does not remove hair, we suggest combining the microblading procedure with eyebrow waxing services. Waxing between microblading touch-up appointments can keep your brows looking pristine and gorgeous.
After an in-depth consultation where your technician will ask you about your eyebrow goals, skincare routine, and makeup use, the microblading eyebrow procedure will take place. First, the technician will clean up your brows, evening them out as much as possible. Then, they will find the pigment color that matches your natural eyebrow color by swatching the colors on your forehead. Once the perfect color is chosen, the microblading procedure will begin.
A topical numbing agent will be used to minimize discomfort during the procedure. The technician will then use a handheld blade with tiny needles to cut through the epidermal layer of skin where the pigment will be deposited. They will cut with hair-like strokes to give you a natural appearance. Once the procedure is done, your brows may look darker than you expected, but the color will lighten with healing time and look just right.

We know it absolutely is — and that’s not just because we’re microblading artists! Here are some of the top benefits of having a microblading eyebrow procedure done:
