Amy Lynn Plantier wanted to open a medical spa that redefined the concept and offered a no-judgement, come-as-you-are, something-for-everyone experience. She assembled a team of medically trained and licensed professionals who care about their clients and live to help people feel and look amazing. Led by Amy Lynn Plantier, the Glo Derma staff is highly qualified and receives extensive ongoing training and continued education to stay ahead of all of the latest advancements in aesthetics and wellness. Glo Derma is intent on providing personalized and best-quality treatments for each individual’s needs and to bring art and science to aesthetic wellness.
Amy was an ER nurse for more than a decade, focusing on trauma, pediatrics, and cardiac care. After she had five children, Amy found her passion, and she trained extensively in facial aesthetics and wellness to make her dream of opening a medical spa come to fruition. Amy is a Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, which indicates the highest degree of professional competence and skill in the area of aesthetic nursing. Amy is recognized as a National GAIN Trainer and GENNOW Faculty Member for Galderma. In addition to treating clients and running her business, Amy trains private practices across the country in both injectable techniques as well as business and brand development. In just her first year of operation, Amy reached Galderma’s Top 100 injectors in the country, an unprecedented accomplishment to achieve single-handedly. The creator of The Sprinkle®, she has clients who travel all over the country to receive her specialized treatments. One of her specialties include lip enhancements and is known for her personalized aesthetic plans for each client so that everyone can look and feel their best while achieving their individual goals.
Glo Derma has won the “Best Of” award for Best MedSpa from Bucks Happening and Best of Bucks every year since opening in 2017, as well as winning Best of Bucks in multiple additional categories (Best Aesthetic Nurse and Best Boss). Amy is recognized as one of the Top 100 ‘Best Aesthetic Injectors in America’ for 2021.

PATTI PLANTIER, RN
Patti earned her nursing degree from the University of Bridgeport and has 38 years of experience as an obstetrical nurse, primarily in labor and delivery. Patti specializes in IV Hydration, Vitamin Therapy, Microneedling and our Vampire Procedures. She loves working out, wine, music, and spending time with her seven beautiful grandchildren.

AESTHETIC NURSE SPECIALIST
VICTORIA SHEMARIA , BSN, RN
Victoria was an ICU nurse for over 5 years specializing in oncology critical care before joining Glo Derma back in 2018. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012. Victoria’s genuine passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in aesthetics and wellness. She specializes in all facial injectables, Qwo, PRF/PRP, vampire procedures, microneedling, and IV hydration. Victoria’s attention to detail and caring personality makes her clients feel instantly comfortable and at ease. Her conservative approach to facial balancing and enhancement leaves clients with beautiful, natural results. She is also an active member of the International Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ISPAN) and trains extensively and exclusively under Amy Birkenstamm, RN, CANS to learn the industry’s newest tricks and techniques.
When not injecting, she spends her time with her husband and two little boys, Mason and Matthew. Victoria is an indispensable member of our amazing Glo Squad.

AESTHETIC NURSE SPECIALIST
ELIZABETH MASTORIS, BSN, RN
Liz graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2018. Eager to continue her education she enrolled at Villanova University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which she graduated with in July of 2019. Throughout her time in nursing school Liz found Glo Derma and began training as a nurse intern. It was an immediate perfect match which transitioned seamlessly into a full time career post-grad as a registered nurse in the aesthetics space. Liz is trained exclusively and extensively by Amy Birkenstamm, RN, CANS. She has quickly become an integral member of our team utilizing her knowledge to customize treatments to best fit patients’ aesthetic and wellness needs. Liz specializes in injectables, IV hydration, PRP/PRF, Qwo, microneedling and vampire procedures. Her contagious positivity and caring nature are apparent to all who meet her, and we are extremely lucky to have her as part of the Squad.

Jodi earned her degree in Education from Kutztown University and spent ten years in the classroom before changing careers and entering the world of business and finance.
Her experience, combined with her compassionate nature allows her to maintain open communication with both clients and coworkers alike here at Glo Derma. Jodi is eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. She looks forward to interacting with clients to ensure all needs are properly met, and each client has a remarkable visit and wonderful aesthetics and wellness experience.

Along with a business degree from Holy Family University, Amy has over 15 years experience in aesthetics. Starting in the makeup industry, she got her aesthetician license and continued her training into medical aesthetics. She specializes in laser procedures and medical grade skincare. Her passion is educating clients and helping them set up customized plans to achieve their goals.

MICROBLADING ARTIST & PATIENT COORDINATOR
Originally from the Princeton area, Ashley moved to Arizona in 2005 and earned her Bachelor’s of Sociology from Arizona State University. Her experience working in beauty, sales, and customer service over the years eventually led her to a job at Glo Derma in 2019 as a Client Coordinator, Microblading Artist, and Nursing Assistant. Ashley is currently enrolled in nursing school and aspires to become an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist in the future. She loves spending time with her family, being active outdoors, live music, Peloton, sporting events, brunch, dance parties, and the beach. If you enjoy the Glo playlist, feel free to let her know!

Mara received her degree in Education from the University of Delaware. Her experience in the classroom taught her to be organized, proactive, and attentive to each client’s needs, making her the perfect fit for Glo Derma as client coordinator. She is passionate about the success and outcome of our client’s treatments and strives to provide every individual with the best overall experience at each visit.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Rebecca makes nutrition messages come alive as she shares her extensive knowledge and experience about nutrition, both through food choices and lifestyle. She provides customized nutrition & wellness solutions for those who want to increase their energy, manage their weight, manage stress, control cravings, and more fully understand their personal relationship with food. During her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Rebecca studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. In addition to her formal education in health coaching, Rebecca is a former professional ballerina, having trained and performed with the St. Louis Ballet and the Vienna State Opera Ballet in Austria at the age of 18.

Julie has an extensive background in business management and consultative sales in the pharmaceutical, women’s health and wellness industries. Julie got into sales because she loves building strong partnerships and helping people succeed. She has always had an interest in fitness and healthy living, which is what led her to pursue her ACE Health Coach Certification. By combining her professional background and passion, Julie is able to help clients take a 360-degree look at their health and wellness and develop a plan to reach their goals.
