Amy Lynn, RN, CANS, was an ER trauma nurse for more than a decade, focusing on trauma, pediatrics, and cardiac care. After she had five children, she found her passion and trained extensively in facial aesthetics and wellness to make her dream of opening a medical spa come to fruition. Amy is a Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, which indicates the highest degree of professional competence and skill in the area of aesthetic nursing. Amy is recognized as a National GAIN Trainer and Key Leading Mentor for Galderma and is known for her highly skilled advanced techniques in facial and body rejuvenation. In just her first year of operation, Amy reached Galderma’s Top 100 injectors in the country, an unprecedented accomplishment to achieve single-handedly. The creator of The Sprinkle® and The Art of Reversal®. She has patients who travel all over the country to receive her specialized treatments. Her specialties include lip enhancements, full facial harmonization, biostimulation and personalized aesthetic plans so that patients can look and feel their best while achieving their individual goals.
Amy attends national and international conferences annually to continue her education. She is respected by her peers as an esteemed educator and mentor to other practitioners. Amy’s primary goal is to break the barriers in the medical aesthetics space between different scopes of practice in order to unify the industry as an advocate and trailblazer.
Amy has developed a successful team of providers, all of which she has trained and cultivated into the people they are today. She uses mentorship and educational skills to run both Glo Derma and Glo Academy in Yardley, PA – an in-house training platform where she teaches her approach to various injectable techniques, branding, career development, cadaver courses and safety to other medical providers.
Glo Derma has won the “Best Of” award for Best MedSpa from Bucks Happening and Best of Bucks every year since opening in 2017, as well as winning Best of Bucks in multiple additional categories (Best Aesthetic Nurse and Best Boss). Amy is recognized as one of the Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America for 2021 and 2022. Amy has a strong record in bringing creative ideas to market. She facilitates effective brainstorming and can project how potential ideas will play out in the marketplace. Amy continues to demonstrate the functional knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment. VICTORIA SHEMARIA , BSN, RN
Victoria is a highly skilled nurse injector with advanced knowledge and experience in aesthetics. Victoria began her career in aesthetics at Glo Derma working alongside Amy during an extensive mentorship program in 2018. Before joining The Glo Squad, Victoria worked in Intensive Care Unit for over 5 years specializing in oncology. Her genuine passion for helping others heal led her to commit her career in aesthetic medicine. She enjoys teaching the art of aesthetics to other injectors at our very own Glo Academy. Victoria specializes in all face & body injectable treatments, biostimulation such as sculptra, skin resurfacing, laser & IV hydration therapy. Victoria’s attention to detail and compassionate personality makes her patients feel instantly comfortable in her hands. Her conservative yet effective approach to facial balancing results in her patients having beautiful & natural results. Victoria is an active member of the International Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ISPAN) & attends multiple National conferences annually with the squad. When not injecting, she spends her time with her husband and two little boys, Mason and Matthew. Victoria is an indispensable member of our amazing Glo Squad.

AESTHETIC NURSE SPECIALIST
ELIZABETH MASTORIS, BSN, RN
Liz is a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Specialist at Glo Derma. Liz graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2018. She continued her education and completed her Bachelor Of Science in Nursing from Villanova University in July of 2019. Liz began her journey with Glo Derma as an intern which then seamlessly transitioned into a full-time career as a Registered Nurse at Glo Derma. Liz has trained extensively under Amy Lynn, RN CANS mentorship and quickly became an integral part of Glo Derma’s core, utilizing her skills and knowledge in aesthetic medicine. Her passion is to build personal connections with her patients and design a plan to best reach each person’s individual’s aesthetic and wellness goals. Liz is an active member of The International Society of Plastic and Surgical Nurses (ISPAN) and is currently educating others on aesthetics and mentorship at GLO Academy.

AESTHETIC NURSE SPECIALIST
ALANA PERGINE, BSN, RN
Alana is a skilled aesthetic nurse injector who began her career at Glo Derma working alongside Amy during an extensive mentorship program in 2022. After completing a yearlong mentorship program, Alana is now an independent provider seeing her own clients. Alana specializes in all face and body injectables, such as hyaluronic acid fillers and neuromodulators such as Dysport and Botox, in addition to biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse. She also is proficient in medical grade skin care and devices such as the BBL for hyperpigmentation and Morpheus8 for skin tightening and microneedling. Alana attends multiple aesthetic medicine conferences and participates in cadaver labs annually to further her education in order to provide optimum care for her clients. She has completed multiple training sessions with world renowned aesthetic medical professionals such as Dr. Shino Bay, Dr. Tom Van Eijk, and Dr. David Sadaat. She is currently enrolled in graduate school at Thomas Jefferson University where she will obtain her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree and become a Nurse Practitioner in 2025.
Alana is detail-oriented, passionate, and kind. She takes pride in treating her clients with high quality and safe care to produce natural-looking results. Her goal is to enhance your innate beauty using a customized and minimally invasive approach.
She loves Sunday pasta dinners with her family, going to the beach, working out, listening to live music, and spending time with her pets.

PATTI PLANTIER, RN
Patti earned her nursing degree from the University of Bridgeport and has 38 years of experience as an obstetrical nurse, primarily in labor and delivery. Patti specializes in IV Hydration, Vitamin Therapy, Microneedling and our Vampire Procedures. She loves working out, wine, music, and spending time with her seven beautiful grandchildren.

CHERYL WISEMAN, BSN, RN, CPPS
Cheryl joined Glo Derma as The Chief Growth Officer with an extensive background in both clinical and nursing leadership. It was during the time she was a patient at Glo Derma that she could see first hand the overall reward and satisfaction that Glo Derma’s culture had to offer. Over time her affinity and passion toward this industry continued to grow, so much so that she made it her number one priority to one day join the Glo Squad. She combines both her clinical and leadership skills to help promote continued growth of the business as well as further enhancing the already valuable and impactful education platform of Glo Academy.
Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University. She brings over twenty-five years of clinical experience including nursing management, leadership and spearheading a successful team for a prominent medical device company.

Jodi earned her degree in Education from Kutztown University and spent ten years in the classroom before changing careers and entering the world of business and finance.
Her experience, combined with her compassionate nature allows her to maintain open communication with both clients and coworkers alike here at Glo Derma. Jodi is eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. She looks forward to interacting with clients to ensure all needs are properly met, and each client has a remarkable visit and wonderful aesthetics and wellness experience.

Mara received her degree in Education from the University of Delaware. Her experience in the classroom taught her to be organized, proactive, and attentive to each client’s needs, making her the perfect fit for Glo Derma as client coordinator. She is passionate about the success and outcome of our client’s treatments and strives to provide every individual with the best overall experience at each visit.
