Amy Lynn, RN, CANS is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in aesthetic medicine: a Top 100 aesthetic provider eight years running, Clinical Innovator of the Year (Aesthetic Next 2026), a Galderma GAIN national trainer, and the creator of The Art of Reversal® and BabyGLO™, her proprietary protocols for restoring harmony, balance, and radiance to the face.
As the founder of Glo Derma and GLO Academy, Amy is known for one thing above all: results that never look “done.” Just rested, radiant, and unmistakably you. Her focus is regenerative treatments that rebuild collagen and restore the skin from within, and she travels the world training the next generation of injectors to think in protocols, not syringes. A former ER and trauma nurse of 11+ years, her approach was born in the emergency room: diagnose first, treat second, never skip steps.
Outside the treatment room, this Bucks County native is a proud mom of five, the Fab Five, who keep her grounded, laughing, and endlessly inspired. Above all, Amy believes great aesthetics should help you feel like the truest version of yourself: empowered, confident, and connected, inside and out.
Amy has developed a successful team of providers, all of which she has trained and cultivated into the people they are today. She uses mentorship and educational skills to run both Glo Derma and Glo Academy in Yardley, PA – an in-house training platform where she teaches her approach to various injectable techniques, branding, career development, cadaver courses and safety to other medical providers.
Glo Derma has won the “Best Of” award for Best MedSpa from Bucks Happening and Best of Bucks every year since opening in 2017, as well as winning Best of Bucks in multiple badditional categories (Best Aesthetic Nurse and Best Boss). Amy is recognized as one of the Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America for 2021 and 2022. Amy has a strong record in bringing creative ideas to market. She facilitates effective brainstorming and can project how potential ideas will play out in the marketplace. Amy continues to demonstrate the functional knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment. Amy’s vision for the future is optimistic and she makes that vision shareable by everyone.

She assembled a team of medically trained and licensed professionals who care about their clients and live to help people feel and look amazing.
