Amy Lynn, RN, CANS, was an ER trauma nurse for more than a decade, focusing on trauma, pediatrics, and cardiac care. After she had five children, she found her passion and trained extensively in facial aesthetics and wellness to make her dream of opening a medical spa come to fruition. Amy is a Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, which indicates the highest degree of professional competence and skill in the area of aesthetic nursing. Amy is recognized as a National GAIN Trainer and Key Leading Mentor for Galderma and is known for her highly skilled advanced techniques in facial and body rejuvenation. In just her first year of operation, Amy reached Galderma’s Top 100 injectors in the country, an unprecedented accomplishment to achieve single-handedly. The creator of The Sprinkle® and The Art of Reversal®. She has patients who travel all over the country to receive her specialized treatments. Her specialties include lip enhancements, full facial harmonization, biostimulation and personalized aesthetic plans so that patients can look and feel their best while achieving their individual goals.
Amy attends national and international conferences annually to continue her education. She is respected by her peers as an esteemed educator and mentor to other practitioners. Amy’s primary goal is to break the barriers in the medical aesthetics space between different scopes of practice in order to unify the industry as an advocate and trailblazer.
Amy has developed a successful team of providers, all of which she has trained and cultivated into the people they are today. She uses mentorship and educational skills to run both Glo Derma and Glo Academy in Yardley, PA – an in-house training platform where she teaches her approach to various injectable techniques, branding, career development, cadaver courses and safety to other medical providers.
Glo Derma has won the “Best Of” award for Best MedSpa from Bucks Happening and Best of Bucks every year since opening in 2017, as well as winning Best of Bucks in multiple additional categories (Best Aesthetic Nurse and Best Boss). Victoria is a highly skilled nurse injector with extensive experience in aesthetics. Victoria was an ICU nurse for over 5 years, specializing in oncology critical care, before joining Glo Derma in 2018. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012. Victoria’s genuine passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in aesthetics and wellness. Her main goal is to provide natural results for her patients. She enjoys teaching novice injectors, training them in the art of aesthetics at Glo Academy. She specializes in all facial injectables, biostimulators, EZGel/PRF procedures, morpheus, and microneedling.
Victoria’s attention to detail and caring personality makes her clients feel instantly comfortable and at ease. Her conservative approach to facial balancing and enhancement leaves clients with beautiful, natural results.
Victoria is a trainer for MTF Biologics specializing in Renuva injections. She is also an active member of the International Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ISPAN) and was the first to train extensively under Amy Birkenstamm, RN, CANS. She is constantly advancing her education to learn the industry’s newest techniques and innovative trends. When not injecting, she spends her time with her husband and three little kids, Mason, Matthew, and Mila. Victoria is an indispensable member of our amazing Glo Squad.

Liz is a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Specialist at Glo Derma with 6 years of experience in aesthetics. Liz Graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2018. She continued her education and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Villanova July of 2019. Liz began her journey with Glo Derma as an intern which then seamlessly transitioned into a full-time career as a Registered Nurse at Glo Derma. Liz has trained extensively under Amy Lynn, RN, CANS mentorship and quickly became an integral part of Glo Derma’s core, utilizing her skills and knowledge in aesthetic medicine. Her passion is to build personal connections with her patients and to design a plan to best reach each person’s individual aesthetic goals. Liz has a passion for providing natural results using Dysport, Restylane fillers, Sculptra and PRF/ EZ gel. She loves to use combination therapies to achieve the best aesthetic outcomes for her patients. Alana is a highly skilled nurse injector who began her career at Glo Derma working alongside Amy while completing an extensive mentorship program in 2022.
Alana specializes in all face and body injectables, such as hyaluronic acid fillers and neuromodulators such as Dysport and Botox, in addition to biostimulators such as Sculptra. She also is proficient in medical grade skin care and devices such as the BBL and Morpheus8. Alana attends multiple aesthetic medicine conferences and participates in cadaver labs annually to further her education in order to provide optimum care for her clients. She has completed multiple training sessions with world renowned industry leaders such as Dr. Shino Bay, Dr. Tom Van Eijk, and Dr. Kian Karimi. She is currently enrolled in graduate school at Thomas Jefferson University where she will obtain her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree and become a Nurse Practitioner in 2025.

Patti earned her nursing degree from the University of Bridgeport and has 38 years of experience as an obstetrical nurse, primarily in labor and delivery. Patti specializes in IV Hydration, Vitamin Therapy, Microneedling and our Vampire Procedures. She loves working out, wine, music, and spending time with her seven beautiful grandchildren.

Mara received her degree in Education from the University of Delaware. Her experience in the classroom taught her to be organized, proactive, and attentive to each client’s needs, making her the perfect fit for Glo Derma as client coordinator. She is passionate about the success and outcome of our client’s treatments and strives to provide every individual with the best overall experience at each visit.

Leila Lyons
Leila is a Licensed Esthetician with over three years of expertise in lashes and brows. She launched her own business at 17 years old while still in high school. Later, Leila went on to study business at Drexel University, while also pursuing esthetician school. Her passion for aesthetics, health, and wellness quickly grew, leading her to transition her studies at Drexel from Business to Healthcare.
Leila is currently a nursing student at Drexel University and is on track to graduate in 2027.

Meredith brings a deep passion for patient care and personalized service to Glo Derma. As the Patient Care Coordinator, she serves as the first point of contact for our patients ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience from consultation to follow up. She is dedicated to understanding each patient’s unique goals and works closely with our medical team to create customized treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and satisfaction.
Meredith is a Licensed Esthetician and is pursuing her B.S. in Kinesiology, graduating in 2024. In her free time she enjoys reading and working out, reflecting her commitment to wellness both inside and out.
With a warm and approachable demeanor, Meredith is committed to fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and valued. Her attention to detail and knowledge of aesthetic treatments ensure that every visit is a step towards achieving radiant, glo-ing results.
