Amy Lynn is a nationally & internationally recognized aesthetic nurse, clinical trainer, and innovator in the field of aesthetic medicine. As the founder and visionary behind Glo Derma and Glo Academy, Amy has built a reputation for delivering natural, transformative results while educating and empowering the next generation of injectors. With over a decade of experience and a deep commitment to patient care, safety, and artistry, she has become a trusted leader and speaker in the industry.
Amy is the creator of The Art of Reversal®, a proprietary protocol that combines precision reversal and regenerative techniques to restore harmony and balance to the face using advanced plasma technology. Her approach to aesthetics blends science and soul—bringing intention, integrity, and intuition to every treatment and training.
At Glo Derma, Amy has cultivated a boutique experience where clients are met with warmth, expertise, and elevated care. Through Glo Academy, she is dedicated to mentoring medical professionals with hands-on, advanced training that reflects her commitment to excellence, innovation, and authenticity.

Amy has developed a successful team of providers, all of which she has trained and cultivated into the people they are today. She uses mentorship and educational skills to run both Glo Derma and Glo Academy in Yardley, PA – an in-house training platform where she teaches her approach to various injectable techniques, branding, career development, cadaver courses and safety to other medical providers.
